Shop-based refurbishment

Careful work, step by step.

Each unit moves through a defined process at our Ashville shop—from initial inspection through final functional testing.

Visual inspection

We document the unit’s visible condition and look for damage, missing components, and signs of previous issues before work begins.

Complete teardown

The equipment is disassembled so internal components, surfaces, and connections can be reached and properly evaluated.

Wash & sanitize

Appropriate components are thoroughly washed and sanitized to remove buildup and prepare the unit for reassembly.

Parts evaluation

Faulty parts identified during teardown or testing are quoted separately. Replacement parts are not included in the base refurbishment price.

Reassemble & refinish

The unit is put back together with care and exterior surfaces are refinished where appropriate to improve presentation.

06

Functional testing

We operate and test the assembled equipment before it is released for customer pickup or return delivery.

30-day shop warranty

We stand behind our workmanship.

For 30 days after refurbishment, J&H Beverage will repair the unit at our shop at no labor cost under the refurbishment warranty. If additional replacement parts are required, those parts are billed separately.

Equipment must be returned to the J&H Beverage shop for warranty evaluation and work. Transportation is not included unless separately arranged.
